Long-time rumored device from Motorola aka RAZRberry which is now called Franklin, according to the leaked specifications, is expected to be a Windows Mobile 5 devices, supporting GSM/GPRS and EDGE and includes 128 MB ROM, 64 MB RAM, a miniSD slot, and 320 x 240 screen. Also its expected to include an 1130 mAH battery, a 1.3 megapixel camera plus support for Bluetooth. Wi-Fi is not mentioned yet.
