About the Mosquito Ringtones Buzzzz
We fly but we are friendly to other insects too. Not only Flys can buzz but Mosquitos as well.
It started as an ingenious idea to scare off teenagers from places like cornershops or street corners were they tend to hang about annoying respectable adults. UK engineering thought was on the case - a company called compoundsecurity quickly invented a device they named Mosquito dubbed as teenager repellant. Based on the idea that with age people tend to lose sensitivity to high-frequency sounds (medically known as presbycusis or age related hearing loss) it produced a very loud noise but audiable only to teenagers (and younger individuals :-)). The only problem is that that trying to disperse unwanted gatherings of youths and teenagers in shopping malls and around shops you may also scare off all mums that came shopping with their little kiddies.
Quickly enough all realised that this business idea is somehow unworkable so the buzz turned the other way and now teenagers are fighting back. New Mosquito ringtones are made up of a frequency (between 18 to 20 kHz) that adults can’t hear. Teenagers can and they use it at schools or everywhere where adults don’t want them to. Genious!
Although it is claimed to be completely harmless the only problem seems that some adults are reporting headache and some already suggested that Mosquito Ringtone if used correctly, it can also be used to torture children you don t like. Not without its problems, you see…
