As a continuation of their branded line-up of phone started by Virgin Lobster the well-known international brand Virgin releases a new mobile collection called Pussy.
Virgin Pussy phones are scheduled to be released on Virgin Mobile in the UK on April 1st 2007 the US release is scheduled on the same date. The Pussy line-up consists of several models made in variety of different colours and shapes including among others Pink Pussy, Chocolate Pussy and Pussy Cat. All phones in the Pussy series are however united by the same very basic set of features but all have attractive and stylish fluffy looks, glittery appearance and enhanced Vibration alert. The latter feature is claimed to be their unique selling point by Virgin designer team.
The production of the new phone is outsourced to Taiwanese ODM manufacturers who claim that their production facilities are ready to accept more orders for new Virgin Pussies whenever they come.
“We aim to hit all market segments with our Pussy, not only teenagers but all age and sex groups although of course adolescent boys and girls are our primary target.” says Virgin spokesman.
Virgin PLC founder Sir Richard Branson admitted that the idea of the new mobile phone brand actually belongs to him.
“I insisted on this as I was dreaming about it since I was a schoolboy. It’s a fascinating subject that puzzles me even today as I continue thinking about it all the time.” he admitted.
Pamela Anderson, the face of Virgin Mobile TV advertising campaign is also highly supportive of the idea. “My Virgin Pussy is the best device I’ve ever had in my entire life” she says.
